Create a peaceful atmosphere for yourself and your baby.
This class is structured with specific activities that focus on moms and babies individually as well as activities that foster bonding time together.
It’s fun, encourages children to interact together and allows time for moms to get a relaxing yet challenging workout.
During class we will create “little moments” of peace and calmness that can be practiced at home or on the go with your child.
Learn to practice acceptance and gratitude for your “new” yoga practice as a “Yoga Momma.”
