Best deal if you are ready to commit to your continuous practice for 6 months and you practice a minimum 2x per week. Your credit or debit card will be charged on the same day each month for 6 consecutive months.

Best deal if you attend 2-3 classes per week but need the flexibility of paying month to month if your attendance fluctuates month to month.

Our most popular package. Ideal if you practice at least once per week. Your 10 classes do not expire for 3 months (90 days). If you come once per week you can skip 2 weeks completely and still not have any of your classes expire.

Single Yoga Class …………………………………… $18

Best option if you live outside of our area and can not dedicate time for at least once per week practice. Drop in when you are visiting friends and family.

One on one sessions help you to connect with your individual goals for your overall practice (physical, mental and emotional) as well as to provide individual support for your specific injuries or conditions that need accommodating.

A 5 class prenatal yoga pack gives you a $10 discount on your 5 prenatal classes. Classes expire in 3 months.

3 Month Jumpstart to Total Health ………… $375

Our program is designed to get you started with a half hour private consultation to review where you are and where you want to go. At the end of the third month, you receive another half hour consultation to review your next steps and answer any questions you have.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and Shamanic Healing …………………….. $75 for 90 minute session

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Spiritual Counseling and Shamanic Healing sessions can be used to help you sort through and get clarity around old thought patterns, physical habits and previous traumas that have held you back from evolving into your best and most whole self. Sessions can range from focusing on improving diet and eating habits to identifying behaviors and triggers that you’d like to overcome to connecting you to your individual meditation and spiritual practice. The process begins with an Assessment of current patterns. Then alternatives are reviewed and a program is co-designed to change old patterns and introduce new more healthy habits and Shamanic healing tools can be used to help move stuck or stagnant energy.
